Our website employs the most advanced encryption technology available. We keep your payment card information secure. Your information is sent to an encrypted payment channel via our website. Your payment card information is not owned or stored by us. We are provided a code for authorization of your purchase, which we capture shortly before mailing your things to you. Your card information is never stored in our system, and our personnel never see or touch it.
Q3. Why are your prices so low?
We purchase all new equipment in bulk from the manufacturers. As a result, we receive a discount on the item, which we may pass on to you. Our items are all brand new from the manufacturer.
Q4. What do I do if my nose becomes sore from using a nasal pillows system?
First, double-check that you’re using the right size nasal pillows. Nasal pillows should be snugly fitting. The use of nasal pillows that are overly large can irritate the nostrils. Using nasal pillows that are too tiny might irritate by producing friction in the nostrils. If you don’t use heated humidification, your nasal passages will become dry and uncomfortable. The use of hot humidification or a moist nasal gel are also recommended options.
Q5. What happens if my machine is out of warranty and needs repairs?
To receive an RMA, please get in touch with us (Return Merchandise Authorization). Our returns department will gladly ship your machine back to the manufacturer for a quote on repair. Before any repairs are completed, we will contact you with an estimate. You’ll always have the option of having your machine repaired or having it returned to you.
Q6. What are your hours of operation?
Advance Medical DME hours of operation are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST Monday through Friday.
Q7. Do you sell new equipment direct from the manufacturer?
We only sell new equipment and supplies obtained straight from the manufacturer, and all warranties are honored.
Q8. What happens if I order the wrong product?
If you order the incorrect goods, you mustn’t open the manufacturer’s package. Before returning your merchandise, please get in touch with our office. All returns are subject to a restocking fee and must be completed within ten business days.
Q9. How do I track my order?
An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you give. Your tracking number will be sent to you in a second email from us. You may also track your package by logging into your account and going to your order history.
